In order to receive a full refund on orders:
1. You must order 6 consecutive months supply of any one product/kit and try it for 180 days.
Most customers experience real results after the first couple months, however, since Ayurvedic Medicine relies on the power of naturally occurring botanicals to bring about positive changes in the body without causing harmful side effects. The effects you experience will be more gradual than those produced by Western Medicine. The benefits you gain will be longer lasting and will address the source of disharmony in your body – not just symptoms. Our research indicates that while Ayurvedic Medicine does produce positive results in the short term, it typically takes about 6 months for most benefits to be realized.
You are eligible for a 100% refund at the end of those 180 days if you are not satisfied for any reason.
2. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and within 210 days (6 months usage + 30 days return shipping and handling) of your order date.
Please email email@example.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Your RMA number will be issued via email and will be necessary to complete the return and refund.
3. You must return the empty containers of all six months supply.
We require the empty containers to protect ourselves from fraud. This ensures our customers actually used and tried the products and did not just re-sell them online.
Package your return and write the RMA number clearly on the package. Please note that we will not be able to offer a refund on partially returned orders, so make sure that everything is there. Ship the package to the address provided with your RMA number.
4. Your refund will be issued via the same method that payment was made.
Refunds are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month. Your refund may not appear until next month’s credit card statement.
Other Terms and Conditions
Due to the generous nature of our return policy we do strictly enforce the following terms and conditions:
A) All shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event that a “free shipping” item is returned, $7.95 will be deducted from the final credit to cover shipping costs.
B) Re-order beyond the first six months constitutes satisfaction and voids the guarantee.
C) All customers must contact customer service before returning your product. Returned products without a return authorization number will be refused.
D) No returns will be accepted if postmarked more than 210 days after the date of your first order.
E) We cannot accept packages marked “Return to Sender.”
